Sending a package ahead of our trip to OKW

After reading about DVC members sending a package ahead of thier trip we have decided to do the same thing. We are sending down non perishable food and misc items. However, I am not sure what address to use when sending to OKW nor do I know what to write on the box so we will get it upon arrival. Can anyone with prior experience help us out. And do you know how far ahead of time to send it out.

Ship it to Disneys Old Key West Resort, 1510 North Cove Road, lake Buena Vista, FL. 32830. " DON"T SEND IT US MAIL" ship it UPS or FedX, they deliver direct to the resort! If you send it through the US Mail it goes to the mail room, then is delivered DAYS later! Put your name and date of arrival on the box, we ship about 5 days prior to arrival.

I would of shipped it by US Mail. I would of panicked
had I gotten there and are package was not delivered yet
