Send some positive thoughts please

So 2 and a half weeks ago my fiance was in a motorcycle accident. An elderly lady was turning left and hit my fiance head on...she states she never saw him. He was life flighted to the hospital in very rough shape. Thankfully he is alive, home for the hospital as of today, and doing ok...not great but ok. Everything that could go wrong is going wrong though. He was officially told today that his work dropped his insurance because he is on leave w/o pay and hasn't been at his job for 6 full months (he's only 1 week shy of his 6 month mark). And we were told he is going to be out of work at least 3 months. Thankfully my work is allowing me to add him to my health insurance as a domestic partner since we have lived together for so long, but it still leaves him out of work without pay. And our wedding is only 4 months away. It's beginning to look very possible that the Disney wedding we dreamed of is not going to happen. I honestly don't care where we get married just as long as we get married. I just hope for his sake that we won't have to cancel the Disney wedding...I think it would just bum him out even more. So please just send some positive thoughts our way...the next 3 months are going to be tough! And thanks for letting me just get this out...sometimes it helps to put things in writing

I think that the big man upstairs does sometimes like to test us we have had quite a few bumps along the path to our wedding and just this week my brother also had a motorbike accident and I have just been told I may loose my job! My brother is fine now I think his pride and bike got hurt more.

I have to agree after coming home fr our honey moon i got rushed into emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder 4 days later we got in a terrible car accident. We were worried crazy, but everything has worked out and brought us closer! Iwill keep you in my thoughts and prayers, everything will work out!! thank god he is alive and home ! things will start to get better! check to see if if any of your credit cards you have life event coverage our AMEX paid 500 for 2 monthes in a row! it really helped! also call your mortgage and car payment and see if you can defer payment tell them your situation!!! hope it al helps

At least you ve got each other & your love will pull you though this hard time. Go through this with a positive outlook, trust me on this it will help. You both need something positive to get you through this but you will both do it. His health will recover
