while it's supposed ot help us, all I feel is dread. AND the need to cut back even more ( as if that's possible) to set anything and EVERYTHING aside for my kids. Guess I am not reacting to this the way the Government assumes I will or should.

We knew it would happen. They had the votes without a single Republican. However, they finally decided that they didn't care if the American people didn't want this, they were going to pass it. Too bad they won't attack other problems with the same conviction...

They will now have to have another vote to increase the allowable national debt to increase above (what is the limit now? 11.3 trillion?)

Didn't they just vote to raise it to that level?
