Selling your contracts

Ok, I have no intention of selling our points - EVER -, but I would like to understand if you have an original contract to which you've added on twice, same resort, giving you essentially 3 separate contracts, is that how they're sold, as 3 individual contracts? In just purusing the DVC sale sights, it appears that smaller contracts are easier to sell.

Each add-on is a separate contract that can be sold or gifted or bequeathed. You can also dispose of the master contract and keep the ad-on contracts.
