I doubt you could put it here because it's essentially a for sale ad. TUG, redweeks, and many other sites will allow it though. IF you can find your alter ego, it could be win-win as you'd both save the commission as a min and you could save a lot in closing as well. On 150 points for each and the willingness to work together on closing, you could save about $3000-3500 total between the 2. As I noted, don't get too hung up in getting exactly the same number of points, points availability or UY; it's very easy and simple to adjust for each of these variables; esp for these 2 resorts esp assuming you value them at the same PP as I think you should.

Keep in mind that the 7 month window is not an impossibility. We own AKV and have booked at almost evry DVC property. Also book VWL at 11 months to "SECURE A RESSIE", then waitlist at 7 for where you prefer to stay.
