Do smaller contracts still sell for more than larger contracts, we are talking contracts between 24 - 50 points each.

If they do sell for higher $$ amounts, how much higher than say a 200 point contract?

I depends on the current market and the price that you want to sell it for.

We listed a 50 point AKV contract a couple of weeks ago and it sold in 2 hours.

We have always purchased our add-on contracts in small "chunks" of 75 pts, even when purchasing larger amounts at the time (i.e. 2 x 75 pts). We know that we can more easily sell off small pieces of the dream (emotional considerations here) and feel assured that they will turn quickly compared to a mega contract that families may not feel they can afford at the time. It also allows us to distribute the future memories to the kids more easily.

Thanks everyone for your help, my three contracts went live on The Timeshare Store website on Saturday, and as of today, I have signed contracts on all three!! Full price! Not bad! Guess the smaller contracts do sell well!
