Selling one of my contracts & Disney exercised ROFR - how long?

I'm in the process of selling one of my contracts and last Thursday, Disney exercised ROFR.

My broker said I should receive an email from Disney with closing documents 10 days before the closing date listing on the original paperwork (11/11/25). Is 10 days accurate or could I receive it sooner?

I'm worried because we leave for Orlando on 11/5/25 and I want to make sure I have enough time to get everything notarized and returned before I leave. The close timeline is stressing me out...

When I had mine taken, they did indeed wait until about 10 days prior to the closing date listed on the contract to send me closing documents.

My contract was taken on April 1st and closing date wasn’t until May 21st, so it was a long wait to get them.

That's what I was afraid of . I'll have a few days before I leave so I guess I'll have to make it work.
