Selling my points

I'm interested in selling my points and my brother wants
to buy them. How do I get a fair price and a contract for the sale
 
The best place to get this info is at the DVC forum

just go to the Discussion forum main page and scroll down and you will find it.
 
He is your brother sell them to him for what you paid.
