Selling my house....Open House tomorrow......

We are having our first open house tomorrow and I am taking a break from cleaning to DIS........

Please send good thoughts that it will sell fairly quickly as my DD's are already upset that I am telling them "not to touch this" or "don't touch that"!! And we haven't even shown the house once yet!!!

It is so hard having a house on the market with little ones. We had our house on the market last year, so I know what you are going thru.

I was a wreck most of the time, constantly on the kids to clean up, don't touch, hurry up, etc. It was horrible.

We could not find a house at a reasonable price and had to turn away many great offers on our house. There seems to be more houses on the market now so I am getting ready to sell again. I am dreading this ordeal.
