This seems like a lot of work. No need for a Florida license. Purchase your land and use the address for a savings or checking account where you have paperless statements. This is really the minimum you need to provide to get the Florida passes.

If you knew someone you trusted that lived in Florida, you could do this with their address and avoid having to buy the land at all.
Very interesting either way! To be clear I'm not looking to do this but I got to thinking about it when my car salesman was telling me about how he's got both a NY and Florida license and how he bought land in Florida when he was there for college years ago for $1000 that's only worth $2000 now lol. And when I look up plots of land for sale there really are cheap parcels and they seem to come with addresses even if no permanent structure. So I got to thinking if it was possible. Now personally I'm not sure I'd want to own something far away as I'd be nervous I'd be liable for anything weird that may happen on that parcel of land...I'm a bit nuts like that...but I guess it could save you a good bit of money on Floridian passes if you were out of state and were able to go this route. Not sure that will work without an address.
When we built our house in FL we had to beg the post master to give us an address. We couldn’t even get cable because our address did not exist.
In reality I, like so many others, wish I had jumped on Florida real estate when they were basically giving it away but alas...
