Selling Harry Potter merchandise outside of IOA? (CityWalk)

Since there seems to be crowd problems in the shops of WWOHP and seeing how people can get hook on Butterbeer...what do you think about maybe selling Harry Potter merchandise outside of IOA park...perhaps have a Harry Potter themed store in CityWalk...but ALSO have a soda fountain that serves Butterbeer inside of it? I think Universal can make more money off of people who are visiting the UO property but are not visiting IOA that day and still need their Butterbeer fix.

Either that or they really need to create portable Butterbeer that we can take out of Orlando. The Pumpkin Juice is packaged in bottles. Why not the Butterbeer?

The Universal stores in the front of IOA and US have almost all the HP merchandise (no wands or butterbear) available. The Universal stores in Citywalk, the hotels and even the airport have a lot of HP merchandise.
