selling BWV contract....tips and who to use

Got info from The Timeshare store. They say they have a FIRPTA specialist they can refer me too. It's a 150 point contract, so is this something I need a "specialist" to do, or can I do that paperwork myself?
It's all new to me, so anyone with tips, and who they used, I would appreciate your thoughts.

The specialist is likely the same accountant that many of the brokers use. She is thorough and accurate. The paperwork is easy at first glance and more complicated as you look more closely, so I would definitely advise paying the fee to use her services. She was able to recoup the majority of the FIRPTA taxes for the contracts we have sold (the remainder was a legitimate amount) and she knows how to “speak” to the IRS if needed.

Some have said to just not bother trying to recook the money. I can't see myself doing that.
Did you sell through the Timeshare store?

I seem to buy from Canadians - I'm on my third international resale and the specialist referred to takes the worry out of my end of the contract. I wouldn't buy a contract without that expertise and if you can hold onto some of your money - even better.

We just bought from a UK resident through Fidelity. Not any issues that I know of so far. We have closed and deed was recorded. Waiting on Disney now.
