I hope it passes RoFR

150 OKW all '09, '10 and '11 points. $60 pp/buyer pays closing and seller pays MF.

I want to close asap..I'm having Disney withdrawals!!

Congratulations and Good Luck!!

By the way, we're having withdrawl too. We snuck in a spring break trip, only 2 months away, but that still seems too far - especially with the cold/snowy Chicago weather! :)

So funny I just looked at that with my neighbor yesterday -
That is a nice loaded contract :thumbsup2
Good Luck !

I've been eyeing a lot of contracts at TSS.....

When I go back they are all "sale pending"....TSS is making a killing right now.

Missed 50pts WLV in my UY...

I saw VB 100 pts in my UY for 4000. Almost jumped on that....but the dues are higher AND....who knows if DVC will say.....Oh sorry VB and HHI owners....you can't trade to WDW anymore:scared1:
Stupid but....ya never know.

TSS of course! = )

I found that when you see something you like you need to put in an offer right away. Listings were getting swooped up left and right. I saw a whole bunch I wanted and when I went back they were sale pending.

I really hope it passes. I don't want to go through the process again and have to wait all over again!

TY How long until Disney gets back to you with a yes or no if you were accepted? I guess it doesn't hurt to put in an offer of what you want to pay and see if they will accept.
I've been looking at TS store for a while now and there were not this many listings at all, did people rush to put their pts on the market?

I'm sure it will pass. We found a loaded SSR one this spring. DH and I got to take an extra trip with it. So nice! Congrats!:goodvibes

disney is supposed to get up to 30 days to decide whether to take it from the buyer. (ROFR)

whatever the seller will accept.

i think so. i don't expect resales to lose a ton of value after march 2011, but DVC is clearly willing to take away benefits from resale buyers so if someone was considering selling, now is a good time.

I was on the fence ,looking to pick up a few smaller contracts one at a time ,
but the news about the announcement and the perfect loaded contract
Made me take the plunge last Friday
I new I wanted to buy and I wasn't sure if the new rules would matter to us or not but why not get grandfathered in - so I got all the points at once instead of 3 smaller contracts but thats okay too -so I am just waiting to hear something I hope the owners do there stuff quickly too so I can start the wait with Disney -

I bought a resale last year and I kept some stats on it. My contract went through ROFR in 21 days, I think they say it can take up to 30 days but it can be less.

I guess it doesn't hurt to put in an offer of what you want to pay and see if they will accept.

Couldn't hurt, as long as it's a reasonable offer.

I'm guessing it has to do with the recent announcement that resale points will now be treated differently than points purchased direct from Disney.

I am hoping you pass because that is the same price as my contract too! I've got 70 OKW points in ROFR for $60. We submitted Jan 5th so hoping to hear back in the next 10 days. If mine passes then I'm sure yours will. :goodvibes
