With luck they will ban them from the vessels as well. The things are used by many people, of course no all people, but many people, in a rude and dangerous manner.

I have no issue at all pointy out to those folks when their toy, swinging in the air is dangerous and blocking other peoples view of the events/show.

We are talking about while you are on the ship. I don't think anyone is going to run off with your camera/phone while on the ship.

Room stuffing is a hotel room says they hold 4 people or whatever and you bring in more people than that room can hold to save money. On a cruise maybe the kids wants to spend the night at grandparents room.

There is something called a tripod and auto timer. Then you get full length pictures of your family and no one gets hit in the face.

I have grabbed many a selfie stick and shoved them out of my face/path of travel. I can't stand them.

I've never heard that term in relation to cruise ship rooms. I know, sometimes a grand kid will "sleep over" in grandma's (or whoever) room, but, usually there's an extra bed, since the "smallest" room on Disney ships sleeps 3, at least.
