Hello. I was recently accepted to the Disney College Program for Spring 2014 Advantage. I however am not financially able to make the move to Florida because I have no one to sublease my out of state apartment for Spring 2014 if I am away at the DCP.

My question, for anyone who might know, is how does Disney process the various causes for self-termination and what are the likely chances that I could petition to have my future "no-rehire status" mark removed. Because I really would like to try to do the DCP again, in the future, under circumstances in which I had someone to cover my rent.

You will not have a rehire status as you technically have not been "hired." Call casting as soon as you can and let them know that you will not be showing up.
