That would be my Mom. She will stand in line at the aiport for 45 minutes to get a boarding pass because she is terrifed to use the kiosks!!

We used the kiosk in Reno a few months ago and I actually felt a bit guilty because all of the people that were standing in line were giving me the stink eye like I was cutting or something !
