I did see that thread about the massages, Jenn, and I am really suprised. I was hoping Heather just had a bad experience with a bad massage therapist but I guess not. I guess the problems are throughout the spa.
I'd like to try the rainforest room, we had planned on it, but we were so hot and it was so humid every time we got off the ship, that inflicting further humidity onto ourselves was not appealing. Maybe next time. We'll probably do the sting rays in Grand Cayman and then get right back to the ship and do the rainforest room and pool then. Grand Cayman was great, but I'd rather spend more time on the ship next time.
When we planned our cruise and budget (yes, when we came up with the 3 drink maximum), I figured that I'd rather have spa treatments at a place with a system of repeat business. I figure that a therapist who wants repeat customers will do a better job than one who has different customers delivered to her place of business every week.
I hope that Disney catches wind of the bad experiences people have had and does something to improve the spa. There's no excuse for so many bad reports.
