Self Employed experts

Any self employed peeps out there who can spare some some for a PM or two from me with a couple of questions volunteer here. It isn't alot, i am just starting out and am not sure on a few things.

I'll help if I can, have been self employed for 12 months, and had experience before that, even though am just going back to PAYE as a director.
Will warn you though I've a very busy few days/weekend, so can't promise to be very quick at getting back to you.
