Selecting "Top Picks" in Genie

Hi there! I have been playing around with the Tip Board in advance of a trip to the parks in a couple of weeks. I'm able to select my "top picks" for MK so that I can easily refresh and review return times for those rides. However, when I change to any other park, there is no visible option to "customize the Tip Board" and select my "top experiences." Does anyone know why that is? Could it have to do with the fact that the first park reservation for our stay (on 4/21) is MK? Just want to make sure that we'll be able to customize the tip board on the days when we need make our Genie + selections for the other parks!

You can edit your top picks when you change your park selection under 'My Day". You should see an edit selections option near the top right of the genie. If you click on that you can then enter your top experiences. I have not played with it much outside of being at WDW but the last few days I've looked at my tip board and it often doesn't remember my top picks and always goes to Epcot first. I have chalked it up to the wonderful IT of Disney LOL. Is your app up to date? Maybe try deleting and reinstalling?

Thanks for the response - your first suggestion worked! Once I went into My Day and selected parks for the days I will be visiting (which it only let me do for the days in the future that we have WDW tickets for, not for today), then when I went back to the tip board I could customize the tip board for TODAY for those parks to reflect my top picks. Super confusing!!

Yea wait until it just deletes your picks again.

I made sure to get up early before 7am to verify the tip board was all set up with the ride I was gunning for as the only one selected. Sometimes it'll just forget all that you put in for preferences.
