"Select" WDW hotels for EMH?

Is this an April Fool's joke, or has it changed that only "select" WDW resort hotels get EMH now? If so, which ones? Or has it always been oddly worded that way?

It's to distinguish the few resorts way down at the bottom of the resort page that don't get EMH. All resorts owned and operated by Disney have EMH
