Has anyone used this rental car service? I am looking for reviews before I decide. Thank you!

Never heard of them before but I was thinking about using a smaller rental car place until I read some of the reviews. We have opted to stick with Enterprise close to our Hotel.

I usually feel the same way as you about using bigger name places but I also read bad reviews about Enterprise and Dollar. Plus I was given a quote of $1035 for a four day rental from Alamo!!!

From our experience with them they have never went bad. But everyone has different customer service reps. I think that is what also spoils the deal for some.

We had out first experience with Enterprise in CA in 2011. We got a great deal from the Airport location. We took a shuttle and they were great. We actually were offered an upgrade and took it as it was a deal. Then they screwed it up with they billed us so they made an even better deal.

We then used Enterprise at MCO in FL for our trip this past December. We are Costco members so we got a STEAL of a deal for 2 weeks. We also upgraded while there and got a better deal.

Now we have priced everyone and found that the airport locations are outrageous right now even with Costco so we are using one that isn't even a mile away from our hotel. I have confirmed they will pick us up at the hotel to get it and drop us off. It's costing us $230 for a week vx $400 + at the airport. Of course we're paying for the shuttle but it's still better to go that route. It's still higher than some other routes but we are sticking with the place that has treated us well in the past. And the cars we have received have always been EXCELLENT. I am talking not even a year old

Wow that's steep! I usually go to carrentals.com & rent them from there as the rates are usually really good but this time around we're using kayak.com. I've never had any issues renting from carrentals.
