I am interested in booking the segway tour

how do i go about booking this?

Thanks so much. 9 days until WDW :)

When I booked this tour, I did it through the general reservation number. I did it the same time I booked my PS's.

This tour is one of the most fun things I have ever experienced at Disney.
I hope you have a great time.

How old do you have to be to do the Segway tour? How much does it cost?

It's 407/WDW-TOUR.

If you have a Disney Visa, ask if they offer a discount.

If you're going in just 9 days, prepare yourself that it may be booked up. I waited a little long to book ours for October and only had one choice of day/time for the entire week we are there -- and this was almost a month ago! They do fill up fast, but September is a typically less crowded time, so you may be in luck.

Also, fyi, if you are a DVC member or AP holder you can get a nice discount (15 or 20% iirc).

True. I booked about 45 days out and there was only two spaces left for our entire time we'll be there.
You can also get a discount for being an AAA member.

I just booked this for 11/9/05 and the 8:30 am was sold out, but got the 9:30. My TA did it for me. A Disney Visa card or AAA card will get you 15% off the $80 price.

If it happens to be booked, keep calling back. They accept reservation cancellations with only 24 (or is it 48?) hrs. notice, so that is always a possibility.

It's fun! I'm going for my second time this December.

DW & I feel it's the best thing we've ever done at WDW. Already have ressies for next trip. See pic below.

So, are you saying that even if I booked the 9:30 and they charged my credit card, I can keep checking and switch it? That would be great! :goodvibes

You can cancel up to 48 hours before the tour. And they don't charge your credit card until the tour. I don't know what they charge you, if you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour.

That's incorrect (at least as far as my experiences). I made my ressies Aug. 12th for the Segway tour next July 5th. My CC has already been charged. Same for last trip. :confused3

Yes, I just booked and was charged right away. It does say though that you can cancel up to 48 hrs before with no penalty. I don't get that. I will keep trying to get the 8:30 that was sold out, maybe there will be cancellations.

Thanks for the responses. I will see if I can get a reservation but if not that's ok too

Okay, so y'all got me scared. I just checked my credit card online and I do not see the charge for the Segway tour. I called WDW to confirm the tour and they still have me scheduled. I told the CSR that my credit card wasn't billed and she confirmed the credit card number and told me not to worry about it. Well, I'm worried about it and I'll be checking my account and I'll be calling WDW again to confirm.
