Segway tour for kids?

I know you have to be 16 to do the Segway tours in Epcot, but...

I thought there used to be a place in Celebration where you could rent smaller, kid-size Segways and they would give you lessons and take you on a tour through Celebration. We even had reservations to do that last year, but they were for the day that Hurricane Francis struck so needless to say we didn't do it.

I think it was called The Relay Store, but now I can't find it again. Does this place still exist? If not, is there anyplace where 11-year-olds can do a Segway tour?

I did hear that you could rent a Segway in Celebration but I've never heard of a "kid-size" Segway. They're all the same size that I know of with adjustable height handle bars.
