Segway Tour Confirmation?

I booked the Fort Wilderness Segway tour yesterday. I paid in full and they gave me a confirmation number but said they do not send out email confirmations. Is that normal/correct?

Don't know about that one in particular, but I've never had e-mail confirmation for any tours I've taken. My TA booked our KTTK tour in Feb and I'm not even sure I have a confirmation number although she might. I should probably check with her just in case (plus I can't remember where I'm supposed to meet).
