Seeking some opinions

Ok..we have a reservation for Wolfgang Puck Cafe for our "day off" from the parks. This is the day we hang out at the pool and then head to DTD for shopping and dinner. But lately I've been second guessing WPC. We've never eaten there and while I've seen some good reviews in another recent post, I feel like I've seen more negative ones. Also, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease this year (can't have gluten) and I'm thinking a WDW-owned restaurant might be a safer bet. So...all that being said...do you have any recommendations on another TS in DTD or one that is within walking or a boat ride distance? We are on the DDP, if that helps. I'm just out of ideas and thought a fresh perspective would be good. Thank you!

We were on the Deluxe dining plan, though, so we got appetizers too. I just posted these on another thread looking for opinions so you might scroll around & find that thread for additional opinions from others. WPC prices are high, so if you're on the dining plan you're getting good value for your credit. Food was beautiful to look at & delicious. Great service, too.
