Happy day everyone!

My daughter loves Pluto. We would rather not meet him at a character meal because we love all of our ADR's now. Wish I had another day to book Ohana or Chef Mickey's. Right now I have a FP for the Epcot character spot. I have read conflicting reports of Pluto being there. Any help if greatly appreciated.

Pluto currently meets at:

  • Magic Kingdom at the flag pole (morning/early afternoon)
  • Epcot at the World Showcase gazebo (mid-morning to early evening)
  • Epcot VISA character spot (this isn't guaranteed, but he does sometimes appear)
*Note that Pluto is not in the regular character spot for which you can book fastpasses*
  • Hollywood Studios in the Disney Jr Courtyard (morning to early evening)
  • Animal Kingdom in Dinoland with Goofy (mid-morning to early evening)

He also often makes appearances in the Magic Kingdom Welcome Show, Festival of Fantasy, and Fantasmic!

Character spot features Mickey, Minnie and Goofy. Pretty sure that's the permanent lineup there. Pluto is currently meeting at the Magic Kingdom Town Square flag pole next to Stitch. I'm not sure where else he would be with or without a dinner reservation.

Pluto was a really easy (and really great) meet & greet in Epcot - sort of near the entrance to World Showcase. Meeting Pluto was the moment we realized we would be standing in every character line Disney had to offer. :)

Pluto was our best meet and greet. We randomly ran into him as he was walking to the flag pole in front of Tiwn Square. My kids loved him!

Thank You!!!! We are a family with three dogs. I had a small plastic Pluto toy when I was a kid. Not only doing this for my daughter, but me also!!

I know you don't want a character meal, but I had the best interaction with Pluto at the Garden Grill. It was better than almost any character interactions I've had in the parks.

I know you meant WDW, but just so you know, he's also been regularly visiting Disney'd Hilton Head Island resort.

Pluto and Goofy together was great at Animal Kingdom. One of our favorite M&Gs

Pluto is the reason we go to Disney so often. DS (who has special needs) loves Pluto more than anything else in the world. We meet him almost every day of our 10 day trips, and after about a month home, he starts asking for him again! He is in all of the parks, but none with FP and most have limited hours. During the summer, Pluto meets by the flagpole at MK until about 2pm most days. At EPCOT about 11-6ish. The 'Dog Pound' at AK is a favorite as well but the line tends to move very slowly as they interact a lot and have to take frequent breaks because of the heat. By far the shortest lines are at HS where he swaps out with other characters in the courtyard of Disney Jr. Ask the handlers what time his next meet is and show up about 5 min early--you will be done in less than 10 min!

I highly recommend Garden Grill as well! It is by far our favorite character meal and includes Mickey, Pluto, Chip and Dale. It is much quieter and more relaxing than most since it has family style dining (just make sure the menu appeals to you). The characters come around over and over and spend lots of time hanging out with each table. One time Pluto played fetch with my son (Pluto threw the ball, DS had to go get it--it was fabulous!) another he took DS for a walk. Chip and Dale are entertaining too and hard to find otherwise. This is the one character meal we have to do every trip!
