I'm off for cataract surgery #1 this morning; the second eye will be done next Thursday. The surgeon says I'm going to be amazed at the clarity of my vision- that I won't remember ever having been able to see this well. It's kind of mind-boggling to consider! Anyhow... I'm optimistic that it'll all go well, and can't wait to be able to see again!!

Best of luck to you Lee! You WILL be amazed. I had it done 4 years ago, and for me, it was life-changing. I was extremely nearsighted, and now have perfect distance vision, after decades of wearing glasses and contacts. It’s a very freeing feeling.
