I am going to sign off for a few days, while I test my will in Sin City. I will do my best to be a good WISHer, and walk more than I eat. I will also not drink too much other than water, and I will wear my sunscreen.
I hope you all enjoy your weekend, and have great stories of success when I return.
I have a little 1/2 pound loss this week! (I weighed in today, since I'll be on a plane at 5:30 a.m. tomorrow, and will not weigh befor my morning puffiness resolves itself.) I know it's not much, but T.O.M. is due tomorrow, so that is actually huge for me, considering I have to wait until day 5 to see the BF out the door!
You will all be with me in my struggle to stay on plan. Portion size and exercize are not incompatible with vacations/travel, which is why I like it so much! When I feel a stumble approaching, I'm going to look at my WISH bracelette. A focal point, not unlike a childbirth focal point, to keep me focused. Some phobics also use such methods, like a rubber band worn around the wrist. When they feel fear, they simply "snap" out of it by giving the rubber band a quick tug, and snapping themselves. Hey, anything to keep focused! I thought a bracelette would be more attractive than a rubber band, but I am willing to get snapped if the bracelette doesn't work! I'll let you know how it went when I return!
Keep the Faith!
