"See Ya Real Soon" autograph book back cover

I have seen pictures of completed autograph books with the back of the book with a "See Ya Real Soon" design. I have searched through designers photobucket page but cant find this one. I will be using it on an 10 X 10 book if that matters.

I made a simple one for my son and nephew. This picture is a 5x7 (unfinished book) version, but I can email you the 10x10 if you want it. That's the year on Mickey's tail if you can't read it, lol. I created it in Power Point, so I can't post it.
