I am just so proud of myself i had to brag, i have been lurking for months and just knew you guys would be proud of me. We are going to disney for TWO weeks with a family of FIVE for just $2852, INCLUDING EVERYTHING BUT FOOD!

Airline tickets : $813.00
(178.00 ea plus 101 for baby)
Hilton grand vacation club $449.00
(thru skyauction, inc taxes)
ANNUAL PASSES $1310.00
(dc disc)
Avis Car rental $280.00
(thru priceline, inc taxes)

TOTAL $2852.00!!

Since we saved so much money we decided to add on a few extras, we are going to cirque and my husband is doing the richard petty rookie experience. I just cant believe my luck because not able was i able to get such a good deal but by getting up early 4 morings in a row i also got a ps at cindy's! and was able to book the pirate ship and alice's tea party by calling every day for cancelations!

We leave in eights days (may5-19) and I just can't belive all of this because just after christmas my husband's job got cut back to three days a week (due to 9/11) and we did'nt know if we would be able to make our mortgage. But he put his *** to work and now we are doing better than we have ever done! I dont mean to brag about all of this I am just ssooooo proud of us and cant wait to get to the magic!

VERY IMPRESSIVE! Here is the summary for my upcoming trip for seven nights:

Marriott Grande Vista (3BR for 7 nights -- II Getaway): $279 for the week
Airfare (Priceline for 4 inc taxes): $498 total! NOTE: This year we got Northwest Non-Stop.
Disney Annual Passes: Have them from last year.
Seaworld Fun Pass (good for entire year): $49 per person
Rental Car: $173 (OK it's high but we love to use the National Emerald Aisle service)

You've demonstrated that you CAN do Disney cheap!

Our airfare was a lot less,but we were able to take advantage of SW's friends fly free..I don't think you have SW in Mass, do you? That's running $112 per person ..for even amounts of people. It's hard to get good airfare without SW!

Car price is great!! For two weeks, that is really a deal..we are paying ~$200 (taxes included) on the Aisle for one week..and wasn't able to get it for less.

We stay in Disney, and are doing a moderate this time for $94 a night ($84 for our trip in August), but your $32 a night even beat my $49 a night last August for AllStars!! That is a great price..even for off Disney!! We got Holiday Inn once for $25 a night in a February using an Entertainment book, but I haven't seen $32 in a long time. Congratulations!

HGVC is a SPECTACULAR resort! We stayed there last June and had a great time. The full villas are huge!

That is awesome! Gee...I am only going for 5 days NO AP's and I've about doubled that! Oh yeah NO car either!

I knew I should have checked the budget board first, what was I thinking?!

I will be there May 11th through the 16th and am sooo looking forward to it!

HGVC suites are WONDERFUL!!! We stayed there last summer. I would stay off site in a heartbeat if I could stay there again! It even made me think seriously about a time share, but we did not take the time to take the tour and hear the spiel.
I will have to look into SkyAuctions or the like whenever we plan our next trip.
