Security Ink Pack

Ok so we got back from our Disney World Trip and when going through our purchases we noticed a security ink pack that wasn't removed. So now we have a problem. Were all way back home in Alberta with a pair of pants. Anyone else ever have this problem? Any ideas what to do.

I thought I'd ask here before phoning Disney as well, you all are just as helpful and it doesn't cost me long distance charges.

And now we've learned our lesson to check everything for tags such as this before leaving Disney World

Do you have a Disney Store nearby?

I would think taking the Jeans and the receipt with you would be good enough proof that you bought them.

Weird how nobody caught that it was still on them.

This has happened to us twice. First time we went to a local outlet of the same store, explained the sitation and they did it no problem. Second time I just found a store in a mall with the same type of tag and again, explained what happened, and she took it off and said it happens all the time. Didn't even show a receipt.

You're sure to find someone who has the tag removing gizmo, there can't be that many manufacturers.

We had this happen to us too. I went store to store looking for the same ink tag remover. The only place I found was J. Michaels (?) that used the same round ink tag in our mall. Good luck!

They were really nice about taking it off too even though I don't shop there, nothing would fit anyway....

I agree with trying some local stores first. If that doesn't work you have to contact Disney and send the pants back to them with the receipt. They will remove it and return the item to you.
