**Forgive me if this has been answered somewhere else. I've looked, but I couldn't find specifically what I was looking for**

We'll be headed to WDW the last week of January. This will be our first trip with FP+, Magic Bands, and with a child. The days we are in the parks on the crowd calendar are either "3" or "2".

My brother is a CM and gets us into the parks. This means that we do not currently have tickets and only get tickets the day of for that specific day. What has been your experiences securing FP for the day of? I realize we probably won't have our ideal time to choose from or even our ideal rides. But will there be any left? I'm not too terribly concerned just because we always go during this time of year, and we've always been able to do what we want sans FP (but that was also before FP+ so not sure if that's changed anything). We'll also be doing RD (because with a toddler we're always up at 6 AM anyway!) which I'm sure will help. Just wasn't sure what to expect.

Last, when securing FP+ do I need to make sure I find 3 (me, DH, and DS), even though our child is only 18 months?

Thanks for the help!

You will be able to get anything that isn't extremely popular. Very popular attractions (this may include fireworks shows/parades) may not be available at all or have limited times.

Children under age 3 do not need a fastpass.
