Secret things to look for on rides

Here is a good one; On Mr. Toad's Wild Ride in the library if you look closely all the titles on the books are references to amphibians. Many are classic titles with witty amphibian homages. I could say a couple but trust me, it is way more fun to discover them on your own!

Oh yeah.... another thing.... At the railroad station in NOS, the morse code that you hear tapping is playing Walt's opening day speech.

Oh yes! My family was waiting there for a while and my dad said "I wonder what the morse code message is?", a guy near by told us that it was the opening speech.

On Indiana Jones, is there really a Walt Disney Buddha statue?
I've waited in the outside queue a bunch of times and have never noticed it.

I've been told the crystal cup on the desk in the little storage room area after the projection room was put there in tribute to a DL fan who was documented to ride Indy 5,000 times. Has anyone else heard this story?

In the Indy queue, anytime you see a sign that says don't pull the rope, or a flexible pole, PULL the rope and yank really hard on the flexible pole.

Also the office in the Indy queue(right after the safety video) has a hidden Mickey. Just look for the issue of Life Magazine on the desk.

Oh also in the Indy queue right after the movie, there's a poster on the left that illustrates the ride's scenes including the 3 doors.

It's pretty well known, but on Indy one of the skeletons that pops out has Mickey ears.

On Splash there are "hidden" security cameras everywhere. They aren't very inconspicuous, so I always try and see as many as I can.

I've heard that the skull over the dead pirate in the bed is an actual real human skull. This was is in a book of disneyland secrets.

This was confirmed by our VIP tour guide. He said that when the ride first opened, all the skeletons were real. But now, the only real skeleton remaining is the skull in the captain's quarters. pirate:

The skeleton w/ Mickey ears doesn't pop out. It's hidden with a group of other skeletons that just stand there when you first enter the skeleton room.

If a seat looks damp, but it is not a water ride, nor has it been raining, don't sit there! ;)

Sorry, I could not help myself. (insert little laughing smiley here)
