Secret Shopper question

I was just on Memolink & found a link for a Secret Shopper site www.secret-shoppers.com. I have never signed up for any of these before and was wondering if they all have a fee to join. I was a little surprised to find that they wanted $29.95 to join. I guess I have a couple of questions.

1. Is this a yearly charge?
2. Is it worth it?

Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

The shopper companies that I have signed up with have NEVER requested a fee. Try gofeedback.com or bestmark.com. I have another name somewhere- I'll look for it.
