Secret Phrase Game at Mule Ball

I have started this thread to organize a Secret Phrase Game at the Mule Ball.

The Rules:
Anyone with a prize to give away can have a secret phrase.
Anyone is welcome to play.
The secret phrases will be posted on this thread (I will summarize on the front page to assist)
During the Mule Ball, you are encouraged to use the secret phrases in conversation
If you use the right secret phrase when speaking to the owner of that phrase they will note your name. (speaking to, would normally mean directly or in a small group - across the room doesn't count)
When someone gets the right phrase, do not let them know, just note their name.
At the end of the evening, or whenever you like you can have a draw or some other method of awarding your prizes
You are encouraged to be creative in working the secret phrases into conversation
It's a fun game, so don't take it too seriously!

Okay, I have a question. When everyone is listing a bunch of stuff, is that one of those items for each time the phrase was said, or does some lucky mule get everything listed for saying it? I have a couple of extra sets of Mickey ears, so I can reward a few people.
I'm confused, and as is par for the course, I don't understand half of what is being said around here!

I will probably write down everyone who says my phrase and then draw if there are alot of give each one a prize if there is only a few....

I think it depends on the person with the prizes. As canadian said, we should keep track by writing down who said our phrase to us. If we want to hit one mule with everything i think we can, in your case if you want to give out the ears till they are gone i think that would be ok too. Just put the people who say your phrase in a hat when the event is done and draw names until you run out of prizes.

personally i havent decided if i'll give all of my prizes to one winner, or one prize each to 4 winners. But i will decide soon and edit my post when i do.

So really, i think its up to the person giving the prize(s) right mal?

btw if someone needs a phrase, you can say "an oompaloompa took my candy" which i just tested and works lol.

It's really up to you how you want to award it. You could have an early prize and a late prize draws, or you could give something to the very first person who says the phrase, or the most creative way of using your phrase, or you could give everything to one person. It's really your own game within a game. You don't even have to say why you're giving someone a prize if you don't want to. I was thinking that after the game, I will start a thread so that people can list their prize winners and add anything else they want to say about it.

I could not decide on just one secret phrase, so i have 3!

"Somebody has poisoned the water well!"

Prizes to be drawn will be winners choice of 4 chairs, or 3 palm trees, or 2 room dividers, or 1 fountain, or 1 set of teleporters (only colors and styles regularly available in the shops and specials, no quest exclusives please).

One grand prize winner per phrase, and 1 runner-up per phrase (this person will be the first one that says it to my mule, prize will be 2 chairs of their choice, but they will still be entered into the grand prize drawing).

I will offer a motorboat pin, a throne chair, and an explorer's outfit (shirt and shorts). I will pick three winners, randomly drawn from all names.

I was testing out the secret phrases in queenliz's room last night. What fun! I especially like working "egad we have run out of gorgonzola" into the conversation. I got a few strange comments when I mentioned that "monkeys try to steal my pants!" though. Luckily that "samurai panda" was nearby to assist.

As I wander around the kingdom, I have also been hearing others say "I like canadian bacon". lol - fun stuff

Yes, let's get more people involved. Give away NPC pins for winners. It doesn't have to be anything special. Use the useful words thread to help you come up with a great phrase.

Hi glad you are joining our little party but come friday if you have a mule could you come as your mule....that really is the whole point of the party...as the mules are not well known and are anonymouse(pun ) so no one really knows who they are talking too or playing with. And it is a party so our mules can make friends in the kingdom with other mules.

I am not saying you can not attend as your main character, not at all.


Most of all it is just to have fun!
