Secret Green Club - whatever number thread

But I was thinking that I could use the $10 cards on the purse I want... That 40th anniversary bag, if they take the cards at the World of Disney?

I'm not sure about World of Disney. I know you can use them at Disney Store and disneyshopping.com, but I'm not sure if World Of Disney is considered part of those or a Theme Park store. I know that the $10 cards can't be used at a lot of places in the parks....I looked into the ones they had at BJ's, and you can't. I just don't know where World Of Disney falls in the scheme of things. I guess worst-case scenario, is if you can't use it there, come home and buy it online using the cards.

HMMMMM I guess I need to find out..

Thanks for the mowing comments. Yeah, Jeff mows. Has for a few years. Krista even started last summer, but hard for her teeny size to push for to long. The big deal is that Bill left the new mower out all winter,(don't ask me why) so not sure it will start. It will work on Sat though and I will get all the weeds .... errrr, ...lawn mowed!

And if you need to take some aggression out, feel free to come swing a sledge hammer at the wheel chair ramp/deck. We start Sat around 10 ish. Just don't hit the house, Cause who knows what will fall off of it!!
:rolleyes1

Morning PEEPs.

Not sure what will happen with IRS checks. If they are already scheduled to pay they might still pay. Social Security checks will continue to pay automatically no matter what. If there is a furlough the essential employees will most likely be called in to work to guarantee the newer climants and the ones that have a glitch will be paid too.

I read that if you file your taxes via mail....those checks will be delayed. If you e-file...no delays.

Brandi, I agree on the budgeting. I THINK the $10 cards are useless at WDW, but the other is good still, and the little cards are good for the disney store.

Kelly, have you read Susan Wiggs? That's the author of the book that my Nook got stuck in, which is so annoying since I was in the epilogue of the last book in a series which I read the entire thing! I have long loved Nora Roberts and Debbie Macomber, though. I read EVERYTHING, no not really. I don't love non-fiction, and only read a little of it. And I don't like horror, gives me nightmares, or westerns cause they are SO SLOW... but pretty much everything else. I love romance, and I've gotten quite a few of them for super cheap, mostly older ones, but if I read them originally, I've forgotten them, so that's okay by me. I really enjoyed Lynsay Sands vampire series, too. A little out there maybe, but primarily good romance. My mother reads almost entirely romance, my dad always read like Tom Clancy, John Grisham, James Patterson, etc. My sister and I read a fair amount of scifi/fantasy stuff, my brother in law and I share some straight scifi.

I will reread a lot of books..... I can't get into anything vampirey.....I've tried a few different ones. horror and murders just make me think...so my head hurts...LOL.

I can't remember if I've read Susan Wiggs...I"ll have to check her out :)

My dinner tonight

Did you guys see how many views we have. Wonder who our fans are? :teeth:

I haven't looked in a while, T. Are we being stalked by folks on the Dis?

Kelly, Susan Wiggs are traditional romance, but she has the Lakeshore series (I think that's right), and there are a bunch of them, they all follow the folks from this small town. I always like series where you can follow the lives of the characters throughout the books, you know? I absolutely hate horror, don't read any of it, but actually I have read almost all the major vampirey books now (love that word, Kel), Anne Rice-Twilight with pretty much everything in between. I really like the ones that are more romance books vs the ones that are more suspense type. Nora Roberts had one with a vampire a couple years ago, it was a little out there, but it was pretty good, I thought. But like I much prefer the Twilight or the Argeneaus to the Interview with a Vampire (Anne Rice) types.

Mary, hope you hear good news today!

Well I don't know how to check.... I don't know how you guys check the post counts either.... I am so behind in the learning curve....:sad1:

When you click the link on a forum to the right of the link are numbers. If you click the number of replies a box will pop up with the post counts. The other numbers are views.

ok there were 8887 views and 875 replies..... I am guess we have stalkers:lmao:

Well, either we have a LOT of stalkers or we are scaring away a LOT of people, LOL!!! Either way, I'm okay with that!
