Speaking of I saw a recipe today for spiced rum in a root beer float. It was root beer, vanilla ice cream, and spiced rum. Sounded really good to me.

Sounds good. I have had vanilla rum in root beer and it makes it taste like a cream soda. Will have to try it with spiced rum.

Happy Friday! Gotta to love a Friday in the summer, when bosses are away ... time for a little play just no on the job.

My exciting news … decided to try renting points (a friend of a friend) and by luck (and a little I was able to get a Kidani Studio for my August Dates!! I was going to keep it a secret from my DD and her BFF, figured I would string them along with POP… well that lasted about 1 hour! Because I added a night after the ressie, I am waitlisted for the last night, but do have a ressie at Jambo … so, at least I don't have to go far and I get to experience both.

So, I have to get on the AKL Lite thread and find out all I need to know about AKV. Luckily I decided to rent the car for the entire time, so don't have to worry about busing at all.

T: My dates are 8/16 to 8/22. Luckily we have a evening flight on the 22nd so I have most of the day. I am definitely excited about AKV.

Hi guys. We made it to Jackson Hole, WY today. Brian is already asleep (got up at 2:15 this morning), and I am fried. The taxi never showed up this morning. so we had to hustle and park in long term at the airport.
The drive from Salt Lake City was beautiful. We saw 3 herd of antelope, and many people rafting on the Snake River. Brian booked a float through part of the Grand Tetons for Sunday morning, so no white water, just hoping to see some animals come down to the river for a morning drink.
I'm blocked out of FB right now because I'm on Brian's computer. Stupid FB SOBs.
I have a funny story to share. One of the teachers from our district asked on FB yesterday if anyone could tell her a less expensive princess meal at WDW. Normally I would have directed her to the DIS, but she's bat-beep crazy. I'm just going to let her hang. This is one who swears at other teachers, then calls Brian to complain that other teachers don't like her. Wonder why
