Second Wishes and " Mommy, Mickeys Not Here!!!!"

Shardai, there are so many here who can relate. Not know exactly what you are going through, but to relate to each of the individual feelings, and the feeling that some days you just don't want to talk about it. Please know that you are in our hearts every minute right now.

We had a couple of hours before our lunch ADR so we started walking through World Showcase. As we entered we saw a lot of kids playing in one spot. Lo and behold there was a playground with grass and lawn chairs!! An CM asked if Mya wanted to play, I was just about to say no but my Mom was agreeing and Mya was out of the stroller before i had a chance so off we went.

So when it was time to move on, Mya had to be dragged out kicking and screaming. I was stressed but at the same time happy to see a little of the old Mya coming out. She of course then didn't want to get in the stroller, but wanted to dance so what could I do?

The flower and garden festival was really cool so I tought I would share some of the cooler photos I saw while there.

We also saw this really interesting setup on our way to France.

We also bumped into this very special lady.

Thanks for all the great pics! Mya looks like she's having a great time. My youngest loves the play areas during the Flower Show, she's happier there than riding the rides, and misses them in the off season. Had to laugh at the normal tantrum, we get the same thing here.

We finally made it to Norway after a mini nap for Mya and a frozen lemonade pitstop for Mommy and Nana. Before we checked in, I recieved a call from livndisney explaining that Jesus from SSR had called Epcot and got us a VIP viewing of the fireworks. I couldn't believe it!!! So after talking a lil bit with livndisney we headed in for our lunch ADR at Akhersus. We met belle as soon as we came in then our waiter took our drink orders and we went up to the appetizer buffet. Mya liked this place and ate the most food here. I thought the buffet and desserts were great, especially the rice cream, but my entree left alot to be desired. The interaction was great and Ariel (Mya's second favorite princess) gave Mya so much love and attention. She actually spent more time with Mya because another mother and her little girl came during Mya's turn to show her a purse with Ariel on it. It's funny because when Ariel first came up to our table, Mya showed her the cup with Ariel on it. Ariel loved it but felt a little hurt by the snowglobe at the bottom. When the girl came up with the purse, Ariel was just like okay, whatever.

We finished up and headed out of the park for a rest period but as we walked ast Mexico Donald the caballero came out and Mya needed her Donald fix so we jumed in line.

Once we got back to the resort we headed to the pool. Mya had so much fun here. She discovered the little waterslide and loved it. I even let her go on the big waterslide once and she was not so hot about that one so we stuck to the kiddie one.

I am loving the updates! We love Epcot and Livin' with the Land! I love all the pictures of Mya playing and smiling and having a great time! I can't wait to hear about the VIP fireworks. She looks so cute in that dress.

I wish they left them up longer. We won't go until July and they will be gone. But its ok, there's lots more to do. I can't wait to see the VIP fireworks. Does Mya like the fireworks? Davy slept through them last time, and I am afraid he might be afraid this time.

The CM in charge of the playground area also said that they were asking for the playgrounds all year too. Who knows what may happen if more ppl ask for it. Who knows.

No, we never made it. Halfway there she started screaming for chicken nuggets and pizza. So I turned around to the room, got her back in bed, and then ran downstairs to Mcd's for her beloved nuggets.
