second week of December

I know the hours have not been released yet, but going by what this site predicts, looks like the second week of December will be 8-midnight each day except on Wednesday dec 12th they have 8-6. Does anyone know why the short hours on Wednesday? Is it the CM Christmas party? Also, I thought this week would be "lower crowds" since school isn't out yet, but with such long hours, I'm beginning to think I am wrong. Am I in for crazy crowds, or am I just lucking out with longer hours? Usually we go for " Christmas" around veterans day week, so I'm used to fairly low crowds. Anyone have any insight?

christmas holiday weeks of 2018 prior to the actual week are not going to be crazy. Only in 2018 is there a full extra week after Thanksgiving wich will help with holiday distribution of crowds. my observation about the long hours is that at night local folks may venture into Disneyland for holiday cheer. but in 2019, Christmas holiday from Thanksgivng to New Years will indeed be crazy!!

Thanks for the input. I think you are absolutely right about next year, I was hoping to get in one more Christmas time trip this year before the craziness of starwars land happens!
