Second Thoughts About Cbr?? Pofq??

Just when I thought everything was settled, I am now having second thoughts about CBR. I have stayed there twice before and am familiar with the layout and the long walks to OPR. I would love to try something different, and the bonus of POFQ being so close to DTD is nice. I remember the main pool at CBR was so packed we could never even use it. The quiet pool at the resort was ok. How is the pool situation at POFQ? What about the food courts there? I know they don't have a TS restaurant, we will be eating mostly at WS this trip. This will be our honeymoon so no Kids this trip! Would love to hear from those who have made the switch over. Also, how is transportation to WS in Epcot? Thanks!

We have stayed (2 adults) at both CBR and FQ. We like them both, each for different reasons.

We liked CBR and stayed in Jamaica and Aruba. We enjoyed the walk over to OPR in the morning for coffee. We did not use the main pool, due to the crowds - and the hot tub was there also, very small hot tub. but we loved the quiet pools there. Was not impressed with the food court, but that was before it was rehabbed.

We liked FQ because it was a smaller resort. It only had one bus stop, but shared with POR's 4 stops, so there is a total of 5. Usually FQ was the first pick up and first to drop off when coming from the parks.

Only one pool at FQ and it can get crowded, one hot tub and if the pool is crowded so is the hot tub. they are near each other. We enjoyed the food court at FQ, they made burgers to order. did not seem to be a lot of pre-cooked food like other food courts.

You'll enjoy either for it's own atmosphere.

There is no direct transportation to Epcot WS - unless you stay at an Epcot resort. All busses drop you off at the main entrance.
