Second parking entrance?

Here I go again with yet another of my weird questions...

After you go through the toll booths you are directed to one of two garages. If you are directed to the garage on the right you can see another set of toll booths straight ahead of you. I've never seen them used and I was wondering if they ever have been. Are they used during peak times or what?

I've only seen them used once in April. I think they're used for really busy times.

Those were built on speculation that Barry would want to purchase his own private toll plaza. Can you say $200 million? But, oh, no.... mister tight wad wouldn't cut loose, so there they sit.

I put them there for Barry and I'm waiting for the payment.

And I'm there every morning staffing waiting in my toll booth at the B. Horn Toll Plaza just hoping that Barry will come visit today
