Second HS day or Typhoon Lagoon

We have 7 full days in June. So far, our plans look like this:

Wednesday - Arrive at 4:30, no plans
Thursday - MK
Friday - EPCOT
Saturday - HS
Sunday - AK
Monday - HS again with DS evening? Or Typhoon Lagoon with DS evening?
Tuesday - MK
Wednesday - EPCOT

HS is one of our favorite parks. I *think* we can get all we want to do done in one day: ToT, TSMM, RNRC, GMR, Star Tours, Launch Bay, SW Fireworks. Maybe Frozen Sing Along.

Would you split this into two days or take Monday as a rest day with TL and DS?

Another alternative:

This gives us a break day right in the middle...

We are staying off site and have not been to the Disney water parks for any of our trips yet.

We stayed at BC last summer and DH insisted on a water park day. We definitely regretted it! It seemed so much hotter there than at the parks, we were miserable and only stayed til around lunch. We wished we had just enjoyed a resort day and that's what we're planning on this summer. Plus all my daughter wanted to do was the kiddie slide and lazy river, which Stormalong Bay at BC has both!

However, staying off site, it may be a good idea for your family, depending if you are big water park fans or not! Though I wouldn't consider TL a "rest day". Waiting in those lines is exhausting to us.

If it were me, I would go to DS on arrival day, then maybe do a TL/HS day.

June it hot hot hot. Either spend a Day at the water parks or just take a day off. You'll want to!

We love the water parks, but don't mistake them for a rest day. They are quite exhausting! I would do TL over HS, especially in June. Just try to move at a slower pace and make sure you wear water shoes or cheap flip flops as the pavement is HOT!
