Second Honeymoon ideas?

Not sure if this is the right forum, but DH and I want to go back to WDW for a second honeymoon (sans children!)

What value season time would you go and where would you stay for a romantic trip? We are leaning toward late Jan staying at AKL. Please advice, opinions would be appreciated.

I think that sounds very romantic. We've always wanted to stay at WL, so either one would be good.
