Second guessing some choices - which ones should I keep/cancel

Ok I think there was probably just too much time between booking my ADR's and now... I keep second guessing things! Good thing I get to book my fast passes tomorrow - something else to focus on!

Anyway, I feel like my ADR's are set - I have everything I wanted, and at good times. But I'm second guessing some of my choices and thought maybe some people could give their opinions/thoughts.

We are there 11 nights, and have the regular dining plan. We thought from the beginning it might be too much food and too strict a schedule, but it was "free" so we figured we'd give it a shot. Particularly with all the character meals we thought would be fun.

To make things easier - here are the ADR's we have scheduled overall:

T. Rex (gift cards)
Chef Mickey Breakfast
Tusker House Brunch
Boma dinner
H&V lunch
LTT (dessert only)
1900 Park Fare dinner
Mama Melrose dinner
Beaches and Cream (dessert)
BOG dinner
Via Napoli dinner
Crystal Palace pre park breakfast
Cape May Café breakfast
'Ohana dinner

Right now the ones I'm questioning are Boma and 'Ohana.

I think that Boma is really just for me, and I've heard great things. My husband and (then) four year old will probably just eat the basic kid stuff anyway. I feel like it might be fun to go see the animals, but will it be too much food in one day that is similar/too many buffets? Would having some of the lunch selections (possibly) at our brunch be similar? AK is open later that night so we could hopefully take the bus back to AK to get back to Pop. I wouldn't want to take a cab.

The other one I'm questioning is 'Ohana. That one is at 5:10 and is on our Magic Kingdom Day. It will be just my son and I most likely, as my husband isn't interested in the food they have, and I thought it could be a fun date night for me and the little man. The plan right now is to go there after MK, then stay around the resort and on the beach for Wishes. Would this one be worth it? I read so many negative reviews right now but have also read a lot of positive ones. I'm not sure how my son will feel about the food overall, though he is a little less picky than his dad :) I'm not even a huge meat eater - I mostly would be going for the noodles, dessert, shrimp and to try the pot stickers b/c I've never had one. Is the beach still open for Wishes viewing or is it a mess because of the construction?

Ok those are the things I've been wondering about mostly, so any thoughts are appreciated.

The only other one I'm not totally sure about is CP. My son does not love or not love Pooh, so we're mostly going for the pre park opening, and it looks gorgeous. Is it worth it just for that?

Thank you so much!

We've been so many times we just like to try different things. My son is not too fond of the reservations outside the parks (Such as the ones at the resorts) because it is an awful lot of travel involved. You can easily spend an hour or two just getting there, which cuts your time in the parks short. The only reservation we are doing outside the park this year is Boma. We ate there last time and loved it. Animal Kingdom closes early anyway and we have a 6:00 pm reservation.
You have a great list there; it's all a matter of how much you want to go and what all you have to do in the parks. Eleven days is a lot of time.
Have fun!

I would hate to see you cancel Boma. It's a great place. You might be surprised, our kids tried and like their buffet. I think it's worth it to see the AK lodge. I'm sure your son would really enjoy the night vision goggle viewing of the animals after dinner. Overall, I think AK Lodge is very "magical".
