I have seen where you can purchase a bottle of wine for dinner, and if you do not finish the bottle (which for us is almost a certainty), they will save it for the following evening for you. At the risk of sounding like a wine snob, if the wine is not properly handled, it is going to be undrinkable the following night. Does anyone know how they handle the remainder- in our case likely half of the bottle- to ensure that it is just as good the second evening?
