Sebella pillows at BWV

I have been checking where I can buy this pillow at BWV. Every post that I read says it's from Sebella Westex (Sahara Nights firm). Why then does the one we use this past Oct 2024 week is labeled Sebella Soft.

I ordered the firm pillows online. You can not buy them at the resort. Personally, we don't like them at home, go figure. We'll be at WDW this weekend at Poly and AKV so I will double check the label on the pillows if we like them. I suspect they make a big batch for DVC and when you order online, it may be luck of the draw as far as the filling goes.

I just checked online and there is a 15% off on the opening page.
