Seaworldparksshop - any success receiving order?

Black Friday weekend, I placed a nice sized order of Christmas gifts at the Sea World online shopping portal (seaworldparksshop.cxx). On December 3rd, I received a tracking number that stated "shipping label created, USPS awaiting item".

One week later, I contacted seaworldparksshop to find out why my package had no updates. I was told it would be sent out again.

On December 14, I again received an email stating "shipping label created, USPS awaiting item".

Since then, nothing.

I sent an email on Wednesday wondering what was happening. I have received no response.

Has anyone had a positive experience with Sea World's online shopping? We love Sea World, we want to support Sea World even when we aren't there, but one can't do that if one can't actually receive any of the really cute gifts that one was planning on giving for Christmas! I suppose I just need to cancel this order and never again shop Sea World online since their customer service seems to be so lacking.

And I do understand shipping is taking awhile, but to wait over 3 weeks for an item to still not be on its way to USPS is not acceptable.
 
I had a similar experience with another seller who was using a third party to process the order for USPS delivery

Odered Dec4 I quickly got a USPS tracking number and "enroute USPS"

Dec 14 status still said en route USPS and USPS tracking said 'label created, awaiting item"

I contacted the seller who replied they do not consider a package lost until 30 days after purchase date.

Dec 26 the package finally said delivered to USPS and I had it on the 29th ....

Previous orders from same seller had typically arrived in 7 days .....

IMO problem was the third party handler ... and holiday rush.
 
I finally received my order on the 26th. One month after purchase. Certainly not in time for Christmas. Customer service never did reply to my second email inquiring where my order was.

I suppose it was good that I did not receive my order before Christmas, since every item I ordered was incorrect. Either correct items in the wrong sizes, missing items, and incorrect items in the correct size but not the correct item.

I emailed Somethinginked (the company that apparently Sea World Parks Shop uses to store and send items), and I have, once again, not received an answer. My credit card has been charged, naturally. I know my credit card company will make this right, but my gosh, I just wanted to support Sea World by purchasing items from them instead of Disney, and it all went wrong.
 

Got news for you, it wasn't Sea World or the third party company's fault. This falls firmly on USPS and the way they decided to do business this year.

Many things I ordered that unfortunately came via USPS took a month or more. I have had at least 3 items that were "stuck" in shipping label created. All took at least one month, one of them took 3 months. All vendors said they shipped the same day the label was printed.

I had one that the shipping was actually updated and it sat in the regional distribution center for 3 weeks before coming to my local post office for delivery.
