Seaworld touring plan

Does anybody have a good touring plan for Sea World? We are going the day before Thanksgiving. It looks like all of the Christmas shows will be going then. We want to do and see as much as possible. Which rides usually have the longest waits? Antarctica is a priority for us over feeding the dolphins.

Personally for just one day at Sea world to see all the shows and ride all the rides we buy a ride only front of line pass. They are not much extra.
