We are planning a day at seaworld (me,wife 3&4 year old), were planning shows at 10am,11:30am, 1:30pm , 3:30pm, & 5pm. we problably won't have a hole lot of time to eat .Can anybody suggest places were it would go fast to eat? ( hamburgers, etc...) Our plan is to see as many shows as possible but we know we can't spent much time in restaurants.

Thanks, Marc:thumbsup2

Hi Marc, Welcome to the DIS. Though I can't offer specific suggestions, I just wanted to let you know that the DIS has a Seaworld forum! Lots of good info to be found there, I am sure.

It is a couple of years since my family did Seaworld, and my girls a bit older than your children, but we really enjoyed dining at the restaurant where the shark tank was...not remembering the name. Food was good and fun to look at tanks. Really enjoyed the Shamu show. Dolphin show was not going on when we were there. If you are so inclined, you can get a free sample of beer at an exhibit toward back of park. We enjoyed feeding the dolphins.

Have a great time.

Hi Marc. My DW and I go to SW every WDW trip and this past year we tried I think it was Seafire Inn (or maybe it was Voyager's Wood Fired Pizza). Not sure if I'm picking the right name of the restaurant, but it was more like a cafeteria style, where you could choose from burgers, pizza, salads, etc. Be prepared, like Disney, food is quite expensive. I think we got a couple of slices of pizza each, and I got a chicken parm over a bowl of spaghetti, a slice of chocolate cake, and 2 drinks and the total came to almost $40. There are dining "experiences" also to choose from like dinner with Shamu which require reservations and an additional charge. Probably not the best option if you are tight for time. It's very difficult to see all the shows, as a couple overlap like the blue horizons show might run concurrently/ overlap Seamore & Clyde. Get to Shamu Stadium early as the shows fill up. And just a tip- sit to the upper half of the stadium if you don't want to get soaked!

I'd suggest going to the SeaWorld website and do a little bit of research...it can only make your planning experience a bit easier. Hope this helps.

Hi Marc:

Welcome to the DIS from another New Brunswicker! (I'm in Fredericton)

PammyPooh has a great point.. we do have a SeaWorld forum and you'll get the best answers to this question over there.. I'm going to move this thread over there.

Thanks!

Knox

A quick fast place to eat is either Mango joes cafe( right next to Shamu stadium) and Captain Petes Island Eats ( right next to dolphin cove).

I don't remember the name off the top of my head, but if you head over to where the beer school is by the Clydesdales, they have a counter service location with yummy food. Considering we don't drink alcohol in my family it's a wonder we ever found this place, but think another tourist recommended it. We always get their turkey sandwiches with German potato salad; not deli turkey either-- it's fresh turkey breast. There's seating indoors and outdoors, but i can get crowded.
