In regards to Manta:

What are the safety rules and guidelines that are followed with this new attraction. I wear prescription glasses and I feel like I might have to put my glasses in a locker for a bit and have my cousin direct me to the line and whatnot. I have no problems wearing my glasses on any rollercoasters but I have no rode in a flying coaster before.

Thanks.

My husband's sunglasses stay on, but I almost lost mine once so I just wear a glasses band. You can buy them at SeaWorld or in a lot of stores if you don't want to have to take your glasses off.

I've riden it a dozen times without my glasses falling off. It depends on how tight they are to your head. And it's less shaky than most coasters, so they feel even more secure on my head. But I'd buy a headband if you're not so sure.

There's also small hanging baskets on the exit gates to put things like sunglasses in. But you'll usually end up on the other side unloading, so people get confused easily.

My husband wore his glasses twice on Manta...no problem. As long as they're not loose, you're good. If you're at all worried, get the thingy that holds them on. :)
